Didn't have docker installed, did that (https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/), then followed all the steps. `Deno` barfed on `./acore.sh docker build`, same as now

so to build the containers, it would have successfully downloaded deno (since the ./acore.sh script **always** downloads deno)
