explicit is better

in the above example, the lua_scripts dir would be located (on your host machine) at `azerothcore-wotlk/env/docker/bin/lua_scripts`

in the container, it gets mounted to `/azerothcore/env/dist/bin/lua_scripts`

ie if you want it at `./azerothcore-wotlk/lua_scripts` (on the local machine), it'd look like

```yaml
# [...]
- ./lua_scripts:/azerothcore/env/dist/bin/lua_scripts:ro
```

nah, there's an `env` directory in the repo, that serves as the PREFIX for the build. the docker build builds to `env/docker`, the "traditional" build builds to `env/dist`, and there's some spaghetti code for docker to pass through `env/docker` from the local to `env/dist`

it's all good. If you have experience with Docker you'll pretty quickly notice that AzerothCore does a lot of weird stuff with it lol
