is there anything logged? in `env/docker/logs/dbimport.log` (not sure what the exact name is)

It looks like it may be similar enough to this thread; are you working on a fresh db (ie, no playtime on it)?

the TL;DR is to make sure everything is stopped (`docker compose --profile app down`) and then remove the database volume (`docker volume ls`, find ac-database volume, `docker volume rm NAME`)
