We can just skip deno if you want. In the context of building the program it's dead weight.

I think all of var should be fine. I have the contents of var in `.dockerignore`, though

yeah, the `--mount=type=cache` mounts a volume to the build at the directory

I did edit that `apps/bash_shared/includes.sh` file to search for that env var, so be aware you'll have to edit the file for the functionality
