I would guess that most people are going to be compiling and running on the same machine, and will need to re-compile periodically for updates or module changes. If you're sophisticated enough to be running multiple servers using one centralized image, I expect you could probably alter the Docker components to your liking.

I decided simplicity over making it more "enterprisey" because I thought that's kind of what we were going for. But maybe there's a use-case I don't understand. Thoughts?
