this is what i did to add that volume. definitely needs to be setup to match the others.

yeah. Another thing top of mind that'd make sense is to put the create_table sql file in a proper `/tmp` file rather than in `env/dist/bin` (I dont really like how the server executables are loaded as a volume but thats a different story alltogether)
