Deleting or adding my changes seems like a band aid solution(that works!). I would expect this to work during build time reading my changes. Have you had a successfull build that read your local changes to create changes on `env/docker/etc/*.conf` I am thinking my changes are not even read for some reason, maybe aggressive caching on build somewhere
