dumb question, can we reclassify the log output to not be errors and just be info, ie
INFO Parameter Foo not defined in config, using default value of bar
dumb question 2, is the log of a server being chatty that big of a deal? how many datadog users do we have currently lol

I have only ever noticed it (or paid attention to it) on windows, but you can cut down the startup time drastically by just disabling console output all together

That makes me wonder if we're talking about 2 different things. is that console logging output as well as the interactive shell, or literally just logging to stdout

Logging to file has no impact, it's the displaying of the log in the console that is slow
