Easy way to fix this is to go into your DOCKER_VOL_ETC (./env/docker/etc) and make sure the .conf file is there for dbimport

i agree. The commands that clean/nocache rune don't delete any files in env/docker, they only delete old docker containers/cache and ccache, i believe

I'd be interested in changing the way the dockerdist file works. IMO it should replace values in `conf.dist` rather than `.conf`
