for future reference, i just dropped in the dbc files into env/docker/data/dbc and restarted the server and it all works

Something weird happened so I'm going to put a fix here:
When I set gmlevel using `.account set gmlevel 3 mycharactername AzerothCore`
My account didn't change gmlevel, I'm guessing this is because I was supposed to put `0` in place of `AzerothCore`.
But to fix this temporarily I just changed the realm ID in SQL database acore_auth.account_access.RealmID to 1
