People made that work, but it's not a supported way to install AC currently.

I managed to make it work. For clarification, I'm not an expert on any of these.

If you followed the tutorial closely and managed to run it solo then you're already good on the first step.

Then install Heidisql (this is what I use)

On the "login" page for Heidisql:
Hostname: 127.0.0.1
Port: 63306
User: root
Password: password (all lowercase)

Once you're in the database, go to

acore_auth > realmlist

Then you'll click on the Data tab

put your IP in the address and localAddress box.
