Do I need to be creating a specific user prior to this step, or updating the .env file in a specific fashion?

Manually created an acore user and set the directory permissions to acore:acore, still no changes.

Okay, I figured it out. I had to manually update the permissions on the /azerothcore directory within the docker image itself, as the majority of the folders were still assigned to root.

```
root# docker-compose run --rm ac-build
acore@<dockerid>:/$ sudo -i
root@<dockerid>:~# chown -R acore:acore /azerothcore
```

I may have to move to using docker as the current version of the core is broken when installed directly onto a machine running newer ubuntu (openssl 3 issue) [and i updated like a big dummy]

I know its not specifically docker related, but you can install openssl 1.x alongside 3.x, you just need to make sure you configure cmake to look for the 1.x version, not 3.x
