If you want to be 100% sure, you can look in the characters database:
```sql
SELECT deleteInfos_Account, deleteInfos_Name FROM characters WHERE deleteInfos_Name IS NOT NULL
```

maybe im just dumb but im still not sure if u are talking about deleting or deleting in sense of just unseting character from account....there is config setting for that`CharDelete.Method = 0` if that is 0 for u then u completely delete character on delete and there is nothing u can do about it
