first error comes while installing clientdata
any ideas?

for some reason there is a worldserver and auth server bin owned by root in `env/dist/bin`

You can either attach to the container as the build is running as root and `chown` those files to `acore:acore` or delete them.

I'm not sure if the base image has this defect, or it's an artifact from a previous build run.

My assumption is it's an issue with the base image, but that's just an assumption.
