some other stuff thats missing from the guide i had to figure out is you need
1) windows pro to use docker (buy a key for like 2 euro) then you need to follow 20 steps to upgrade without wiping the machine
1.5) you need to turn on all sorts of stuff in BIOS for docker to work
2) docker stopped support for hyper-v a long time ago, so you need to go into docker settings when installing and force it to use the old tech, else acore docker will reject it for lack of hyper-v
3) you need to be very careful specifying a location to git pull azerothcore or it will just vomit it into your system32 folder by default
4) you cannot compile with modules for your first compile, but you can add modules after compilation 1 is successful
5) everything about latching/attaching to worldserver to make an account (would be a nonissue if acore didnt delete the basic admin/admin account)
6) everything about DDNS/NOIP/setting up connection for friends i can make a guide for

it is hard to remember every step as i often made 1 step forward, then 10 back, and had to hard reset/wipe everything to try again and meet the next hurdle.

re 6: I feel enough people struggle already with the current documentation, either the way it's worded, I'm not sure... but the public,lan, domain thing as it sits apparently confuses people. Adding ddns/noip things of that nature into it, especially among god only knows what your configuration is hardware, or software-wise between just the host machine and your net connection...I think would just put more strain on a broken foundation at this point for documentation.
