It seem to pick up "some" of the module though? As now I can see the cpp files being included, configs shown as static rather than disabled. But no commands work from it still.
But no, had no errors prior to removing master either.

when i ran into some modules being included and others being disabled, a `clean:build` and then compiling without Precompiled Headers (PCH) fixed it

after that you do ./acore.sh docker clean:build and ./acore.sh docker build:nocache
