Windows is stupid sometimes and it doesn't know how to handle the space used in `Program Files`, it seems.

Move it to a path without spaces and the problem is gone.

Yeah, you moved it to create the exact same issue. Removing any spaces from the path to the source by moving it to a simpler place, means moving it somewhere there are no god damn spaces.

I don't know if you can add apostrophe to the path or not, but it can't handle the space.

Never ever use directories protected by Windows.
No `my documents`
No `my picture`
No `program files`
And None of that at all.
