Well, I've looked back through https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/install-with-docker , which is the guide I'm following, and I've gone as far as stage 3 under installation and can't see any mention of extracting data, maps etc. Would that have been done during stage 2 in compiling AzerothCore? (that process took maybe 10 mins).

No idea, I haven't ever used azerothcore, but the point of crashing in your screenshot is usually where it complains if it can't find some of the extracted client data

Yeah, that is exactly what it is complaining about, it can't find one of the map files

So either the client data is not extracted, not extracted properly, or the config is pointing to the wrong directory
