It says "Announce the module on login if it is enabled" and I can see it's enabled. I tried entering a dungeon as well to see if it'll trigger but it doesn't

That might be your issue, but you'd have to recompile (I'm assuming) for it to take effect

Ah there was a line complaining that CMake had no permission to view the file. I've unchecked that module folder's `Read Only`. I'll rebuild and see if that was the issue all along
