Looks like it's giving a network error when I try that

Well I was able to grab worldserver.conf.dist and Save As into my desktop from Docker and edit it there, maybe I can find a way to just replace the original file with the edited one now

You dont want to edit the dist files. Always Copy them and rename the Copy by removing the .dist.
Then edit the .conf files

Place it next to the . dist
The Server will read the .dist Files First and then overwrite the values with whats in the . conf

So you could have a one Line .Conf File If you only want to Change a single value from default

The whole thing is in Docker, it doesn't looks like I have an actual filepath where the config would normally go
