looks like a lot of people are using docker with the "root" user on host, it's not actually something that I suggest for security reasons, but I'm going to support that possibility too.
So there are 2 solution that I'm pushing right now:
1. giving you the possibility to compile and run the container with a different internal user than the default "acore"
2. the dos2unix now uses the "-n" option, which allows a file to have different permissions when it's converted
