2. docker-compose down --rmi all -v
3. follow the new installation procedure
4. restore your DB

we upgraded the docker database from the version 5.7 (that will be not supported anymore in future) to the version 8

but since the volume name is the same, looks like mysql is not able to automatically migrate it
