It is not this simple. If you want to spin up a new docker installation, and then customize the ports of the containers of the new installation, and then set the worldserver.conf to point to the mysql server on the initial docker installation, you could do it that way, but it'd be janky and it ultimately should all spin up at once automatically, rather than require individuals who may or may not understand the ins and outs of running docker containers, to "_just docker make a container and run it ^^_" because that offers no useful explanation of what actually has to be done to achieve this.
