I'll try to open a bug report in the next few days, sure. I've tried with an older commit (from last Friday) and again yesterday's latest commit on the master branch

I might be able to find the commit from December that is working (with some uncertainty). Alas there's no way for me to tell which commit specifically broke things since from December 2019 to last week I didn't try to update the server. It's possible any commit between now and then is the "original culprit" so to speak

Well, the whole reinstall procedure (recompile and test) takes too much time. I already spent a lot of hours trying to figure it out so I'll stay on the Dec 2019 version for the time being. I'll try to put a bug report and I will note the commit i tried and the one I am currently, but I don't think I will try all versions from dec 2019 to today to see which one works and which doesn't Too much time...

I realize Mint is not the primary O.S. people use on Linux, so I guess on Ubuntu works fine though.
