aight, I think that with holyspank's solution, you won't need to be in C:/ directly, and can be in whatever folder you like, but that's where mine currently is

Make sure you've done the first two steps: 1) git your clone and copy your data files over 2) generate and build using gitbash

If you're running windows, make sure you're running Docker and gitbash as Administrator
