Now, the compile should be much faster now as it doesnt need to recompile everything

A full compile takes me 30mins to an hour, but when i just change something like talent calculations, or how attack rolls are calculated it takes about 1-2 mins and finishes

hell yeah, complete compilation. Not sure why. Maybe docker can't make a script-only compilation
