You must've done something. First of all, Frost listed for a priest? That's wrong. Second, 1/300? The only skills named Frost are for DKs and mages and neither of those have levels.

so what happened was i forgot playercreateinfo_skills isnt a dbc override, and has content besides what i put in there. and i mass updated it to classmask 0. so the fact **only** frost is listed is weird
