This happened to me the other day and I figured out that it was because if you give the DB user the absolute minimum permission set described in the setup guide it doesn’t have adequate permissions to create and populate the database

What I did to resolve the issue in a way other than doing it manually because mine instantly closed and wouldn’t populate is I made a temporary user with advanced permissions and gave the core that user to run on until it repopulated then I switched it back
