That file doesn't even make sense. It grants all privileges on `*.*` (ALL databases) (which you never should) and then grants privileges on acore-related databases. Flawless logic there.

But how did you log into heidisql? It gets stuck on the first grant so unless you logged in as root you probably didn't give the user the grant option. I don't know why it says `'acore'@'%'` if that was the case though

when i installed mysql i just used acore acore and heidisql logins in with those im doing something wrong maybe ill just go find a repack lol

So the user you're logged in as doesn't have the right to grant privileges. If you're running heidisql on the same machine you're running mysql, just log in using root
