ok ill redo everything and get error report i got mad and deleted everything but basically i couldnt run create_mysql.sql said it cant connect so ill try do it again

When you get there, make sure the mysql server is actually running (and is installed) and that the credentials are correct

i checked and mysql is running i have noticed it works if i run a older mysql but i dont have openssl 1.1 and apparently you cant download anymore so im not sure what else i can try

No, OpenSSL 1.1 has reached end-of-life. What you sent there shows that the password (or username) is wrong.

Would need to know what you're trying to do more specifically. The create_mysql.sql file I can look up myself but not more than that.
