It is possible, yes, but if there are future changes to that table (I don't expect any) it might cause problems trying to update

The quests are neatly arranged into subfolders like "wetlands x/badlands y" and it'd take about an hour to imp/export bit by bit

So a dead column and just going "run these 60 files" is quick and easy (if dirty)
