That's an assert at runtime. A query failed. Might be custom. Might be a module with a missing prerequesite, e.g. a table wasn't created.

You should have the crash log if you compiled with RelWithDebInfo. Compiling with Debug isn't required for a crash log. That's one of the upsides to Windows in my opinion, there's no need to run the process through gdb to get logs - it's just there without you needing to do anything for it.
