either way this query applied to DB should not end up with an empty item as it has stat-type 2 and stat value 2 and armor 16
```UPDATE `item_template` SET `stat_type1` = 38, `stat_type2` = 45, `stat_value2` = 2, `armor` = 16 WHERE (`entry` = 28145);```
