Implementing the war efforts is a huge, huge undertaking so I doubt anyone has it implemented for AC (at least not public code)

Ah gotcha. I know CC had the war effort occur on their servers with reduced values back when it got realeqsed which I figured would be apart of AC since that's what runs their server
