Theoretically you want to change that drop down to include the data then. I have not used Heidi but I'm assuming that is scripting out the database. The goal being that you can either output just the STRUCTURE (ie: development environment where you need the structure and not data) or export the structure WITH data.

You can also use MySQL CLI commands to do it, give me a moment and I can share an example:

Below is a quick/ugly example. Theoretically you can do a single line pipe statement for the zip - but I was having issues so just did an ugly hack. You also "should not" use a plain text password method...

`set FileName=WoW_Backup_Example_%DATE:~10,4%%DATE:~4,2%%DATE:~7,2%
mysqldump -u <admin_DB_user> -p<plaintext_password> --single-transaction --flush-logs --all-databases > "c:\example\%filename%.sql"
tar.exe -a -cf "c:\example2\%FileName%.zip" "c:\example\%filename%.sql"
DEL "c:\example\%filename%.sql"`

(as a note if you are including the plaintext password, there is no space between the -p and the password. So if your password is "password" then it would be "-ppassword")
