For example a dwarven paladin had +3 more str than it should have

by checking the race_stats, i believe that is a general plus/minus to a race. I believe since each race had their own racial bonus attributes but also their own racial attributes then somewhere something is wrong or something Im getting wrong here

from what I get maybe it needs an extra table that is dedicated to racial attributes, that inherits to the other 2

Well aside from gnomes/humans(/kinda tauren but not really), there are no attribute affecting racial passives afaik, and I will point out that WoWWiki targets retail, not necessarily Wrath
