It looks like an export issue as you said. I imported using WoW Spell Editor and exported without changes. after copying to exported files to dbc, same error. I'm new and learning. anything i'm doing wrong?

Or is there a different editor that is recommended other than WoW Spell Editor? That might be an easier answer than figuring out what you are doing wrong. (I don't have the answer, just providing another question that I think will get you to the same result).
