Custom changes to world is best to store in a separate file regardless because if you are for some reason forced to reset the world database you would have to redo all those changes if you haven't stored them properly.

sure but how many ppl u saw who were spawning class trainers who knew and spent time to create sql update for it

That's really their pain to deal with if they didn't take that extra, very tiny, step. Seen so many times, even lately, where people were forced to reset their world database due to issues with an update or whatever.
