something had to change...either u are entering wrong credentials or in DB it got somehow changed

sorry guys, dont mean to waste your time. i checked the authserver and world server configs and there was nothing for LoginDatabaseInfo / WorldDatabaseInfo / CharacterDatabaseInfo as before. So I can add those lines back but I still don't have the acore;acore user.
Can I just repeat these steps?
DROP USER IF EXISTS 'acore'@'localhost';
CREATE USER 'acore'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'acore' WITH MAX_QUERIES_PER_HOUR 0 MAX_CONNECTIONS_PER_HOUR 0 MAX_UPDATES_PER_HOUR 0;

If the user doesn't have access to the database it's trying to access obviously it's going to error out.
