Ahh.. The databases didnt show up... Had to refresh. since theres all 3 of em now theres no need to do anything else. and under User Managment "in HeidiSQL" Acore user does show up.

Yeah, they should be changed to `CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS`.
