Hey i installed a fresh AC Server with some modules (ahbot and solocraft) but my Loot Table is kinda broken .. for some bosses i didnt get emblems while Obsi s3d giving me 9 emblems is this a known issue or should i reinstall my world database ?

That's caused by one of the modules or possibly multiple modules interfering with each other.

It's not a core issue I'm sure but I'm wondering if the modules mentioned really are the only ones used or if some weird DB query was executed.
