easier in sense that u would know how to do it but it will still be lot of work

for simpler situation where u dont have much on ur chars its not worth doing at all and for more complex situations it would be much better to create script which will convert it and its not only about sql but about wow u will have to find which column there is which column here if name is not same and then also deal with columns which are missing in one or other
