it can be done as sql query but it still will have to be executed in some hook in c++ or lua....well its lie u could have standalone bash script which would run sql script together with server

yeah, hoping for something I can execute before the worldserver/authserver start, but after mysql does.

i dont know if any1 did and i dont know what all is needed u definitely need record in characters table there i would recommend to just copy some existing char and change values which u want to be different but i dont know if any other table is needed

Not *just* add an entry. You have to generate the salt and hash and everything, it's not that simple.
