that's perfect, the relevant error is before "DatabasePool Login NOT Opened"

I'm still quite unsure why the command I used resolved this problem. Can you elaborate?

and it seems the mysql client you are using doesn't support the mysql 8 authentication, that's why you have this error

If the database is running on the same system I'd assume the server itself is also out-of-date.

Boost 1.71 being used, installed by apt/yum I can only assume, most likely means it's an older OS too.

The website recommended using a Ubuntu version before 22.04 because of OpenSSL so I did.
