Right, it's the `DISTributed` file.
It's gonna look for a conf file to override your dist AND the originally distributed file, identified by a .dist appendix

In other words, don't edit your dist or save a seperate conf file. Just copy the .dist and rename the copy by removing the .dist.

Sure, but it's adding on the .dist extension on top of the supplied file path, which (IMO) it shouldn't be doing, that's what Cator is confused about
