ensure you are running the entire file when you press run and not just the insert query

Welp, so far I tried many things but the only temporary band-aid I found is to delete that "2022_11_03_07.sql" from the updates folder.
I'm sure there's a better solution out there but I'll worry about that next time I do a git pull

There are like 7 PRs that are very similar to that one, all of them use the same form of variable assignment at least like 9 times throughout each one of them. That one is one of the later ones that were merged. I couldn't begin to imagine why that one failed while the rest worked.
