but you can also download them from the repo if you prefer not to extract them, but it's all personal preference and not any different

so i can leave default option on them and only change TOOLS_BUILD from 'none' to 'all'? Or I should change on every of the tool from 'default' to 'enabled'?

I believe default is enabled so you should only need to change the first one to ALL
