Well, if you're using HeidiSQL, you can right click your server and do `Export database as SQL` and then do something like this

I also know the mysqldump command is pretty nifty if you can't do that, or if you want it done through command line, but I haven't used it in a bit so I'm not too sure on its parameters or anything
