It's not important, in other words. As long as the development files are installed, typically by choosing choice #1 during the mysql installation or by selecting them manually using the installation tool, that's about what you need to do.

Hmm hope it is I had some issues that the first part was asking something about visual studios or python (can't recall precisely) but it refused to do that however all the other parts it installed without a problem.

Yeah, I tend to install visual studio first to avoid those issues.

You can always add required files using the mysql community installer if there are issues.

I'm saying that IF you were to run into problems related to missing libraries, you CAN add them using the mysql community installer.
