The tools I use for editing dbc files and making client patches are WDBX editor and Ladik's MPQ editor, and they have worked quite well for me

Granted, I haven't changed anything item related with them yet, but for everything else I've used them for, they've worked very well

I tried it with Tcreator and it acctualy worked

the only thing that doesnt work now is right clicking it in the backpack doesnt make it equiped
